I suggest to use Yawcam for streaming the video from your webcam to forum http://www.yawcam.com/index.php It is free and provide serveal mode. "Http" mode can display the snapshot from webcam to the forum. but it need user to refresh the forum page in order to refresh the snapshot image. "Stream" mo...
