We saw that before, dozens of these, of course not as that brilliant, on one single night. All of a sudden the beach of Shek O was so lightened up that it seemed daytime arrived in that few seconds. I still recalled that the sky was full of smoke tracks, with the winter milky way as background.

That was the night of Leonid fireball shower in 1998.

我在1999年夏天約6:00，從深圳寶安坐的士到羅湖火車站途中，見過一個從天上高速劃過的發光小火球向下撞向草地，附近的草地及旁邊的一棵樹馬上起火（大火），不知這算不算是一顆小隕石撞地球。

I was in Sai Kung, we saw fireball only, at least, it didn't exploded on the top of our heads and break any glasses .... Well it was said it's easier to hit by a meteorite than winning a mark 6. Sounds true.

我在西貢麥理浩夫人度假村也看過，剛巧晚上舉行觀星活動，突然遠處低空有一火球飛過，畫出一條長長橙色的線，紓像炮彈飛過。年份可能是2008年1月。
