Problem for the Nobel Committee

The LIGO result opens a brand new window for our cosmic quest, and is sure for a Nobel Prize.
While the LIGO project was founded by 3 physicists, the project involves 15 nations, more than 83 institutions and thousands of scientists. The breakthrough paper lists more than 1100 authors.

Thus, there is every chance that the Nobel Prize in Physics may go to an organization for the first time!

I cannot find any reference to HK institution on th authors' list, and amazingly, WM Suen is not there.
