The above is what I have done for installing the software in my computer.
AAG Ware also shows examples of HTML pages to get data from AAG_CloudWatcher / AAG_WeatherCenter and to display it in the internet browser :

But this is already beyond my computer knowledge.

The target layout is something like the very nice Jade Observatory weather webpage :--

Read the attached information and I have the following finding based on limited information:
Part A - Programming
1. Simple solution is to use Windows environment as the software (I believe it is AAG_CloudWatcher 7.2) come with ActiveX "AAG_CloudWatcher.CloudWatcher". It is easy to read the final data (not raw) from the device.
2. Otherwise, you can use RS232 programming to read raw data but it is required to apply logic including adjustment algorithm. If you can do it, you can run in Linux or other platform.
I recommned to go for option 1 as it is simple to do it.
Part B - Equipment
In order to put it in internet, you need to have computer and internet connection:
1. Windows PC (not necessary a server, any desktop willl do).
2. Internet connection which either fixed IP or using free dynamic domain name. What is your router model number (some route support dynamic domain name).

With the input from Angus Lau and the tremendous assistance from Kenneth Yan, we are able to present the real-time weather charts of Remote Telescope Observatory (RTO) in Sai Kung.
The RTO is close to Pak Tam Chung (about 6km NW of Pak Tam Chung).
The real-time weather charts (2 hrs duration) can be seen at :-

The speed to show the charts may be slow due to bandwidth limitation.

Really big thanks to Angus and Kenneth. Both are keen to contribute/benefit to the astro community.
Look at Angus's various know-hows (which are usually secretly kept by many successful astro amatuers) but he releases them for the benefit of all. I follow many of his guidelines and thus I have saved lots of time to research/test.
Kenneth has helped and guided me (very much a novice in webcast) to present/webcast the AAG Cloud Sensor charts.
Sky Quality Meter Continuous Graph (uncalibrated at the moment) will be uploaded in due course.
