I think it is a good question.
Of course, one good answer is that black dwarf is a class of its own.
At first I think planet is a body orbiting a star. But what if in a binary system there is one black dwarf orbiting another star?
We argue lowest limit for mass for planet vs dwarf planet (e.g. Pluto). What about the upper limit? Especially in this case when no thermal nuclear action is possible (out of fuels)

不過實際情況是, 若其中一顆變成黑矮星, 則表示時間已過了很久很久, 另一顆恆星不可能還是主序星了.
順帶一題, 現在的宇宙年齡還未老到足以產生黑矮星. 黑矮星只是理論性的猜測.
