Well, it probably my limited language ability.
The basic idea is to capture the angle between the sun and the moon by two telescopes one piggyback on the other first and determine the angle (or distances) later by some other means.
As far as pointing accuracy of the two telescopes, with reasonable magnifications (15X or more), it can be better than 0.1' (minute). The maintainance of the angle depends on the rigidity of the piggyback mount whihc can be within 0.1'. Once that is captured, the angle (or actual the ratio of lengths of the right angled triangle) is determined by making reference to two equivalent terristerial points.
If the wall part is difficult to follow or there is no such big wall, make the telescope point to two distant points (maybe two buildings). The angle may be computed by references to the coordinates of these two distant points (coordinates may be checked by Google map).
