Professional, Custom Pier for rooftop or observatory

Hi,
This item is located in TaiChung Taiwan.... I am selling my custom designed and built ,very strong, pier which I used the past 4 years. No rust.
It is 1000mm high and 150mm diameter. Has M12 threaded hold at top for any adapter to fit to your mount. 4 bolts can secure it to the rooftop or concrete.
The pier also comes with a roll-around dolly with supporting bolts after move into position.
My price now reduced to: NTD9,000 or HKD2,300. Sorry, but delivery not included in price.
