No need to replace scope & mount. Full view moon photo can be taken at 1/60s or faster. I think your setup is good enough for that. Have you turn on mirror lock? Wait about 10s after locking mirror. It helps minimize vibration during exposure.wlyuen2000 寫:can't afford replace telescope and mount..... will work on the focusing.... thanks...

Actually, quarter moon (as in these few days) is a better time for moon photo. Hills are more prominent with shadows. Full moon is just flat.
