2020 January 24 Sun - another new active region, maybe AR12757

A new active region appears near the E solar limb. Bright flare is visible, so is a sunspot.
From the magnetogram, magnetic reversal is NOT demonstrated. Moreover, as it is just north of the solar equator, this should be from the old 24th solar cycle.
