2020 April 27 Sun - AR12760 and possible AR12761

Apart from AR12760, which is very active, another active region suddenly shows up south of the solar disc, at south latitude S17.
It seems one or two sunspots will be formed. Moreover, magnetic reversal is shown in this new AR, thus may be from the new 25th solar cycle.
