2021 January 21 Sun - solar surface in H-alpha with AR12796, AR12797 and AR12798
AR12796 is no visible, no flare nor plages.
AR12797 is relatively quiet and this group is mainly represented by the 2 large sunspots.
AR12798 has been eruptive with bright flares. Many small sunspots show up.
The huge dark filament just to the west of AR12798 has extended southwards, producing a long string of dark filaments that extends to the solar limb.
sunspot count: group=2, sunspot=6, R=26
Telescope: Lunt LS50T with B1200 blocking filter, and 2X barlow
Camera : ASI174MM
exposure: 0.8 ms - 5.5 ms for monochrome images
approximately north is up, east to the left
