2021 September 21 Sun - solar surface in white-light, with AR12871, AR12782, AR12873 and possible AR12874 and AR12785.

AR12871 is located at (S29E48). 6 sunspots are visible. Both leading and following sunspots have penumbrae.
The compact AR near the E limb, at (N17E40) is today designated AR12872. AT least 5 sunspots are visible. The leading larger sunspot is split.
The compact AR, located at (N27E04) is now AR12873. It has been very active in the past 24 hours, and no less than 10 new sunspots are produced.
Meanwhile, 2 new active regions appear in the south:
The one located just west of the meridian, at (S25W02) comes with 4 sunspots. This may become AR12874.
Further to the west is another compact AR, located at (S26W27), with 3 small sunspots. This may become AR12875.
