2021 December 03 Sun - solar surface in H-alpha, with AR12898 AR12901, AR12902 and AR12903.
AR12898 is located at (S25W78). A strip of plages runs next to the leading sunspot. The following patches of plages has been very active with flares and dark filaments.
AR12900 has turned to the backside.
AR12901 is located at (N16E10). No sunspot is visible, leaving just patches of plages and filaments.
AR12902 is located at (N18W33). The large leading sunspot is not surrounded by plages, and the smaller, following sunspots are embedded in bright plages. Flares are observed in the plages.
AR12903 is located at (S18E15). No sunspot is visible, leaving just strips of plages.
Sunspot count: group=2, sunspot=15, R=35
Telescope: Lunt LS100Tha with B1200 blocking filter + 2X barlow
Camera : ASI1600MM Pro, not cooled.
approximately north is up, east to the left.
