1.) I feel safe and much better now.
2.) Will buy a better charger, but how it look? What is the type you are using?
3.) Hydrometer? The battery is sealed, how to test?
4.) I am not sure is it full, I filled the water few days before, and never charge it, but it has electricity... so I wonder if it is full at the very first time when I just fill in the water provided.

Buy a constant voltage charger (CVC).

It is a MF battery, fill in the water provided by factory first, then clip the seal into the top and cannot be removed again.

Then use an accurate multimeter to test it. The fully charged battery should be at 12.7V
