Why are they all color cameras?
Why not monochrome black and white camera for moon and sun and planets with filters?
Does each camera come with the wide angle lens?

Because there is no mono version manufactured by Sony.
It comes with a lens.
I think all of them are good for planets/sun/moon.
Two things you need to consider:
- Higher the resolution of the camera, larger the usable field of your telescope is required.
- Higher the pixels/sec, faster the computer is needed. SSD is a must for high speed camera.
