I do have a NEX5 but I'm already quite contented with my 450D...
The good thing for mirrorless body is that there's no shadow of the mirror at the bottom of the image so flat field is easier to handle.

Oh yes, let me try my mod NEX5 with the Canon EF135F2L later to see if the mirror shadow issue can be solved. Actually, Canon also has a mirrorless EOS-M but I do not have one.
