Where can I repair the old camera

Where can I repair the old camera(like Yashica GSN Electro 3, something etc.)

Is it partly nonfuntional or just with a missing part? If the whole camera just couldn't work and needs a major fix then you'll have to think about if it's worth to repair it for it might cost you more then just buy another second hand camera.

I just want to recondition it. If possible, I also want to buy some parts like 鏡頭，adapter to telescope, something etc.
