Leo I應該是本星系群中離銀河系最遠的衛星星系, 距離我們約82萬光年. 比大小麥哲倫星系遠4-5倍.
在背景中也可以見到十幾個離我們遠很多的PGC星系.

How do you label the objects on the image? Can you show me how?
1. Script > Image Analysis > Image Solver, enter imaging scale to obtain the position of the field of view
2. Script > Render > AnnotateImage, to label the objects by list
They are indeed very interesting and powerful functions.
Pixel size is the camera's pixel size. e.g. KAF8300 is 5.4µm, ICX285 is 6.45µm.tommy_tse 寫:Master Subaru,
How do you determine the Pixel Size and Model Parameters?
The scaling parameters assume the image is at the native resolution, without resized.
For the other model parameters, I leave them as default, except choosing a US catalogue for English description.
