Dear ATMs,
The mirror was polished and figured, the OTA has been completed, the Alt-Az mount is ready and the motor drives are up to satisfaction. What』s left ? Yes, it』s the painting job.
We have chosen the color 「candy blue」 for the biggest telescope in Hong Kong. Why we choose it? Because the color is lovely and, most of all, it matches the color of our surplus Meade finder. This finder will be installed on our newly finished 30 inch telescope.
Today we have started to spray the telescope component by component. The students seem to have been having fun in it.
